Both John and Barrie was very helpful and gave no sales pitch or put you under pressure to buy, They were both very helpful and honest as regards the sale of the Jaguar that I bought making the purchase a very pleasant experience The car was as advertised with no hidden flaws will certainly consider returning for any future purchase.

Long drive but worth it...

After looking for a white BMW convertible with coral seats (very specific) for ages and a few disappointing trips to see sad cars that had had hard lives, we spotted one at Grosvenor in Preston. Car was immaculate, good price and pleasant, helpful service. Whatever were looking for next we hope they have one!

Well worth the 500 mile round trip.

I wanted a clean Jaguar XF, petrol, low mileage, full-service history, fresh service & MOT, warrantee, and within my budget. I thought I was seeking the impossible dream until a friend showed me the Auto Trader advert for the XF Grosvenor Garages were selling. I was reluctant at first to risk the 250 mile drive from SE London to Preston, plus the expense of hotel overnight accommodation for my wife and I, but after chatting to Barrie on the phone I was completely reassured I was doing the right thing. Barrie has a nice relaxed attitude and is not at all typical of many pushy used car salesmen. A good trade-in price was offered for my 17 year old JaguarXJ8 (subject to my description being true), and the XF was secured for a £250 deposit which would be fully refundable if the deal didn’t go ahead. This XF is such a dream car, the best I have ever owned. Thank you to both Barrie & John for a smooth transaction.

Easy peasy process

Very straight forward purchase and sale with 2 very friendly easy going chaps. I was very reluctant to sell my car and get a more 'sensible' and economical vehicle but their easy process made it slightly more bearable.

Bought Ford Focus Estate on the Sunday, we chose to pick it up the following Saturday as this is what suited us. No pressure to buy the car , no pressure to pick it up any earlier, very relaxed about the test drive and fuel was not empty either. Happy with the service we received from both of the chaps there.
